Log in to your MTK account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return status until it reaches our warehouse.
